CASHSECURITY will collect the following data:

COMMERCIAL CONTACT: handling inquiries and contact requests received through any means regarding the services of CASHSECURITY, as well as maintaining business relationships:

Purpose: To respond to requests for information made by any means regarding the products and services of CASHSECURITY, and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Legitimation: Based on the consent provided, CASHSECURITY is authorized to process the data of the interested party provided through the contact request, and in accordance with the legitimate interest for the development and maintenance of business relationships.

Retention periods: Data will be kept until the interested party requests its removal or deletion, and once deleted, it will be available to the public administration, judges, and courts, for the legal terms established for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

CURRICULUM OR EMPLOYMENT: sending a Curriculum through the website or by any means to CASHSECURITY.

Data collected: professional area, first name, last name, phone number, email, CV, cover letter, and any other personal data associated with the Curriculum or professional profile.

Purpose: management of the candidate’s application to the selection processes published or to other vacant positions that may arise in the future within the activities of CASHSECURITY.

Retention periods: data will be kept until a job position is awarded or until the deletion of the data is requested. They will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the processing, and once completed, they will be available to the public administration, judges, and courts, for the legal terms established for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

Purpose: registration of interested parties for the provision of services and to establish and maintain business relationships.

Creation and Follow-up of Corporate Social Media Accounts: personal data provided or enabled to social networks when becoming a follower of the same. The corporate social media accounts of CASHSECURITY.

Data collected: First name, last name, ID number, contact address, home address, email, contact phone number, and other data provided by the respective social network.

Purpose: social network follow-up and to establish and maintain business relationships

Legitimation: provision of the interested party’s consent and the legitimate interest for the development of business relationships.

CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS: Professional personal data provided by Customers/Suppliers for the provision of services and management of the legal or contractual relationship.

Data collected: First name, last name, ID number, professional contact address, email, contact phone number.

Purpose: management of the contractual relationship of the service.

Legitimation: the legal or contractual relationship necessary for the provision of the service.

Retention periods: data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the treatment or deletion of the same, and once completed or deleted, they may be kept for a period of six years available to the public administration, judges, and courts, for the attention and defense of possible liabilities arising from the processing.

Data collected: Images.

Purpose: management of the internal security of CASHSECURITY facilities.

Legitimation: legitimate interest in ensuring security in the facilities by its owner, which justifies the necessary capture of images when accessing these facilities

Retention periods: Data will be kept for a maximum period of one month unless it is necessary to keep them longer to clarify any infraction or illicit act detected.

There are data communications to third parties for the provision of third-party services as processors with whom CASHSECURITY has signed the corresponding Processing Agreements and verified that they meet sufficient guarantees to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements ensuring the protection of the rights of the interested party.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The Interested Party has recognized rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability of their data. Similarly, they are protected by the right to withdraw their consent for processing by CASHSECURITY. Likewise, they have the right to complain to the control authority.

At any time, the Interested Party may exercise their rights by sending a communication, attaching a document proving their identity, and expressly indicating the right they wish to exercise, to CASHSECURITY at the address indicated above or by sending an email to the address info@cashsecurity.es.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL SECURITY MEASURES

CASHSECURITY commits to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data, with this obligation continuing after the termination, for any reason, of the relationship between you and CASHSECURITY, as established regarding professional secrecy in Article 32 of the GDPR.

CASHSECURITY has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of the data, as well as to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access.

The data collected through the different enabled means are strictly necessary to attend to your request, which the Interested Party communicates voluntarily. Refusal to provide data qualified as mandatory will result in the non-provision or the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Likewise, data may be provided voluntarily with the aim of optimally providing the services. Similarly, in those cases where third-party data is provided, the Interested Party commits to inform them of the content of this privacy policy.

The Interested Party commits to communicate to CASHSECURITY any modification and rectification of their personal data as soon as possible so that the information contained in the CASHSECURITY Activity Records is always up-to-date.

Based on the legitimate interest of CASHSECURITY, the personal data of the Interested Party may be used to establish or maintain business relationships by any means, including electronic means, about information of interest regarding products and services of CASHSECURITY.
